CHEST SIZE: Measure complete diameter of the dog's chest. See diagram.
BODY LENGTH: Measure from the base of the neck (where the neck and back come together) to the start of the tail. See diagram.
HELPFUL HINTS: After measuring the chest, look at the chart and see what size this measurement falls into. Then do the same with the body length measurement. If you end up with two different sizes always choose the largest size between the two measurements. For examples: After measuring your dog, if your dog wears a Small in the chest measurement and a Medium in the length measurement, choose the Medium size. If your dog wears a Medium in the Chest measurement and a Small in the length measurement, choose the Medium size. Always choose the largest size between the two measurements.
